1. Should have involved in design, fabrication andintegration of the experimental facilities like supersonic free jet facility and combustor test rigs, maintenance of facilities like compressor, pressure vessels and should have independently performed the experiments in the facilities.2. Significant exposure to setting up components and facilities for optical and laser diagnostics experiments like Schlieren Mie Scattering visualization, PLIF, etc. and independently perform the flow diagnostics experiments.3. Hands on experience in instrumentation associated with the experimental facilities like pressure, temperature, flow meter and process control sensors to the experimental facilities, and data acquisition and control using commercially available software Labview.

Important Info:
- BE/B.Tech./ M.Sc. or equivalent qualification should be in First Class with minimum 65% of Marks or 6.5/10 CGPA.
- B.Sc/ M.E/M.Tech or equivalent qualification should be in First Class.
- Age limit: 35 years as on 22.06.2012 (SC/ST/OBC/ Ex-servicemen/ Persons with Disability (PWD) are eligible for age relaxation as per rule).
- Remuneration: For B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc or equivalent degree holders `30,000/- (consolidated) per month. For M.Tech or equivalent degree holders `35,000/- (consolidated) per month.
